Send your bag back to ONA and let our craftsmen clean surfaces, treat the leather and canvas and replace removeable internal and outside parts.

Refurbishing Costs

Cleaning and surface cleaning:

Messenger bags - $35

Backpacks and shoulder bags - $50

Insert Replacement (Including Lap Top Insert):

Bowery, Bond Street - $10

Prince Street, Brixton - $20

Shoulder Bags, Backpacks and The Sedona - $25

Shoulder Strap and Leather Grab Handle Replacement:

Leather handles - $30

Leather Shoulder straps - $30

Canvas shoulder straps - $20

Buckle Replacement:

$12 per buckle

How it works:

1. Contact customercare@onabags.com via email. Let them know which services you would like and customer care will quote you a refurbishing price based upon the services you request.
2. Send your bag back to:

3. Email customercare@onabags.com again with tracking.

4. ONA will invoice you via Paypal.

5. Refurbishing usually takes 5 business days to complete.

For orders under $50, return shipping costs are customer paid. Orders over $50 will be shipped back free of charge within the lower 48 in the US. International customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
