Entrepreneur, photographer and travel blogger Kiersten Rich has transformed her passion project, The Blonde Abroad, into an international business in just five years. The California native has a travel log of over 60 countries and recently moved her home base to South Africa. Below, she shares her bucket list destination, favorite place to photograph and dream project along with some photos from her recent travels.

Thing you can’t live without: In-N-Out (which is hard now living in South Africa).
Describe your aesthetic in five words or less: Boho, beach and California casual.

Biggest challenge: Not enough days in the week.
One piece of advice that stuck with you: All you have is your health.
Time of day are you most creative: Right before I go to sleep. *face palm*
One thing most people wouldn’t expect about you? My favorite music genres are heavy metal and punk rock.
Mistake you’ve learned from: Learning that being "good" at something and being "passionate" about something are two different things - you have to be both for the long run.
Work you are most proud of: My pursuits as a female entrepreneur. The Blonde Abroad - it started as a passion project and has evolved into a international business over the past five years.
Dream project: To establish a womens network that connects female entrepreneurs that, in turn, mentor and inspire young girls to become confident and college/career bound.
Goal for 2017: Survive.
