Worth The Picture Still: Tutes Gallery Show & Workshop

Jose "Tutes" Tutiven has been a close friend to ONA since the early days of both our company and his photography career. He spends as much time building community and supporting others as he does building his own body of work, and those who follow him know that he constantly pushes the need for authentic, personal expression.

Next week, we are proud to join 988Manhattan as they present Tutes' show "Worth The Picture Still" as part of 988's ambassador program. The show will highlight some of his most personal work, from a recent trip to visit his grandmother in her home in Ecuador. We invite anyone in the ONA community to attend the show next Thursday night, June 29, from 7pm-11pm - learn more and RSVP on the Facebook event page.

WORKSHOP WITH TUTES (June 29, 6-7pm)

We are also hosting an intimate 10-person workshop with Tutes before the show from 6pm-7pm, as part of our "See The World In A New Light" campaign to support our community's growth and development. For those interested in participating, please email rsvp(at)onabags.com with 3-5 pieces of your own personal, non-commercial work—in the spirit of the show—for Tutes to review before the workshop, along with a brief statement on your work and experience. We'll also be giving away one of our new Bond Street camera bags, which Tutes helped us launch this February.

*Thank you to everyone who RSVP'd, we have reached the maximum number for the workshop and have begun a waitlist in case of cancellations. We will confirm your attendance and the location of the workshop via email.
